Come for a ride beyond the WIFI and the resort fees, to a real life theme park millions of years in the making. Dive into ancient waters arriving from miles underground, walk among the oldest living trees on the planet. Or the biggest. Stay by a hot creek in the snow, or amongst rocks scraped from the mountains above and deposited in the valley by long-retreated glaciers. Paddle-board downstream, stop to fly fish on the way.
REYS HOLIDAYS is Audible Gasp's newest venture. Our family has been going to the Sierras since we started, and in the process we have found some truly amazing, out-of-the-way spots. Every time people ask where, how, when etc. The answer is not straightforward. So we decided to made it easy.( easy part all wife) We built specialty vehicles, designer-styled and decked out with all the mod cons and latest tech. (ok, yes, there is even a projector with all the streamers, but that's another matter)
This includes solar power, high-performance batteries, full kitchens, hot showers and comfortable beds with electric blankets. Sleeps 6-8 comfortably. (more if kids)
HOW IT WORKS...just book an available weekend and nominate where you want to go. There's Malibu, Kern River, Alabama Hills and Long Valley/Mammoth. We set it all up, send you a pin, and you arrive in style anytime. We have various packages available depending on what you want - we can include guides, a chef, masseuse etc)
We have suggestions for all the wild and fun activities - from sunrise hikes to sunset rides, hot springs, cold lakes, paddle-board meandering rivers and hike 14 thousand foot ascents. Or reading in a hammock over there by the stream, perhaps a mighty nap in the beautiful, natural quiet. That's an Audible Gasp right there if you ask us.
